Recalbox on pc

Banging my head against the wall here.

Download image and mount to 16gb usb stick with etcher.
Change bios to Legacy, switch secure boot off.
Change boot order to usb first.
Reboot and Recalbox ui loads.
Quick scan through ui no options touched, ui crashes to black screen with Recalbox booting with flashing cursor.
No reboot after leaving 10 minutes.
Reboot system recalbox booting screen again,
And doesn't load.
Remove usb and re mount image and same again... help.....
