Recalbox not booting after switching video cards card

So I recently threw in a new hdmi graphics card but I don't know what model it is because it's painted in white. The problem is that whenever I turn my pc on and wait for recalbox to boot it just stays on a black screen that says "booting 'recalbox" with a flashing line underneath, then the screen goes black and it just returns to the booting recalbox screen. Any suggestions for what I should do? I appreciate any help.
