3rd controller not pairing

I successfully paired 4 controllers. But after restarting the system only 2 of them can be repaired. When i turn one of them off i can pair another one but there can only ever be paired two. How can i fix this?

I understand that, have there not been any other bug notice about this? It is weird because after the first pair all controllers work fine at the same time.

Is it possible to change the Bluetooth Connection Mode like in RetroPie? I suspect that this might be the problem, since i can pair all controllers without problems in Retropie.
