Scratching fan noise with 6.1.1-Dragonblaze on Odroid XU4

Hello, i have installed the new version 6.1.1. on my Odroid XU4

After a short time i hear a loud scraching noise form the fan, but the fan don't moves.
With version 6.0 i don't hear anything.
I think the fan don't get enoth power to move, but make some noise.
Can i adjust the fan parameters?

@megamax hi, please connect to ssh and try this:

$ mount -o remount,rw / && cd /etc/init.d/ && rm S02fan && wget https://gitlab.com/recalbox/recalbox/raw/master/board/recalbox/xu4/fsoverlay/etc/init.d/S02fan && chmod a+x /etc/init.d/S02fan && reboot

Dear all
On my XU4 I solved the issue with a minimum fan flow running all the time to avoid any bad noise when stopped (idle mode) and try to start up again.
I will give you all figures details I had modified

if it can helsp, please find here below my specific XU4 setting to have XU4 fan running all the time according a smooth "curve".
May be possible to adjuted depending on your fan builtin quality.
