Batocera 5.2 PI3 ROMs don't Load.

Hello,

So, i bought a raspberry kit with an already preinstalled sistem with lots of roms, was suposed to be plug and play, but it didnt work. Since im not completelly stupid in informatics tried to fix it, but ultimatelly i f**ked the system. So i downloaded batocera recalbox, installed it correctly as any guide on the internet says, and the same problem persists.

So, what happens?

The system opens normally, but no roms, not even the ones that come with the system to test work. When i select it the screen goes black, and my TV shows a message that theres nothing connected to the HDMI port.

The little LEDs on the raspberry shows as follows: One red permanently lit. One green intermitent. No sound comes out and i can't reset the "console" with the joystick.

Im downloading another distribution to try it on, but i would like it to work with this one. Can anyone tell me what could be the issue?
