API problem

I have enabled the api in recalbox.conf. system.api.enabled=1
But when i try the api did not work
curl localhost:1337
curl: (7) Failed to connect to localhost port 1337: Connection refused

my version is 6.0-DragonBlaze

API doesn't work anymore and needs to be rewritten.
