i have 320x240 spi display and i see this virtual keyboard, is it a bug or can i do something to fix it?

You are on RB 6.0 stable not 6.1 gpi public beta. Don't update after flashing the 6.1 image

yes, if you are on a gpi case, it's only compatible with pi0
