Help with Menu Items

How do I go about removing Emulators from the scroll menu? I have tried to delete the rom folders to the ones I dont want to see in the menu but they get put back, sometimes with a single rom in them even though I deleted them. Also would like to add Kodi through the main scroll menu to make it easier to navigate for family. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@ahlfs Have the unwanted emulators removed, now just have to figure out how to add kodi to that same menu.

@ahlfs I have actually already started to work (still wip) in a theme for kodi just to allow such user preferences. I‘m slowly working on it, so if you have some patience, you‘ll just need to follow easy instructions and everything will work the way you want.
If you are in a hurry, just check for the logs to see how kodi‘s launch command look like and try to adapt it to a working es_system.cfg entry.
