After losing XBOX360 connection, no buttons working

Hello together,

i have a problem with my recalbox. After starting Recalbox and an emulator of it (eg. Nintendo 64) everything is working fine, until I lose the connection of my XBOX 360 Controller to the Pi (eg. low battery, distance to high, loose connection etc.). After starting the controller again it reconnects to the pi. But now I can't press any button. Nothing will work until i restart the pi. This only happens when I am inside of an emulator. When I am in the overview of the emulators, then a conneciton loss of the controller will not lead into this problem.
As my controlers are already pretty old, they are more likely to lose a connection due to loose connections..

Following devices are in use:

• Xbox 360 Controller
• Raspberry Pi 3

Do you have any ideas how to fix that problem?
