May be the gameboy color can be more dynamic. And i'm not sure about the bat... But most of the pictures are very nice.

However, I suggest you to change the font from the gamelist, that is the one from the Next Level theme. Not because I did the theme, but it doesn't fit yours. Your theme is more retro and the Next Level font is more like futuristic.
You are very close to have a whole theme
