I see mp4 video in file location. I am using a x64 PC and cannot get the video to load. All else is working, older version had the Christmas video...but I cant find that download 18.02.9 does anyone have this download for PC x64 img?

Or does anyone have directions on how to make the recalboxintro.mp4 play. I have read around about s02splash and omxplayer.bin. I have used WINSCP and can change permissions in root but some where I am missing settings, or steps.
