Hi, according to this

I could run my games from the ISO directly. Is it safe to delete the .cue file?

It would be way better than having every games in a folder with the iso and cue.

As for my bin/cue games I would convert them to ISO.

For .iso you don't need .cue file.
.cue is needed for .bin files.
