Unsolved Image previews not showing

Hi

I added a bunch of roms into the neogeo folder and they are all showing but the image previews are not being displayed.
I looked into other emulators' folders and I saw that they have their image previews inside a folder named downloaded_images

I added this same folder (/neogeo/downloaded_images) and dumped all .bmp files but still, it is not showing on my recalbox.

Any ideas of what I can be missing?

I also converted the .bmp files to .png - still nothing is showing.

Just search in the forum or take a look in the wiki about rom scrapping.
