Help with "clrmamepro" file

I have some issues and I m looking forward for your HELP gyus.
1st I want to know where "clrmamepro" file supposed to be.
In my Pi it is insde FBA and contains "fba_029671_od_release_10_working_roms.dat " file which I think its wrong and I also have an "clrmamepro" file inside FBA Liberto which contains
"FB Alpha v0.2.97.39.dat" , "FBA_NEOGEO_only.dat" , "FBA_NEOGEO_parents_only.dat" & "FBA_parents_only" .
I am OK with these ?
I m asking because some games in FBA are not looking so good visualy (full with stripes and blur images) and in FBA Liberto they play a litlle better but stil I cant play most of the games .
i think I have messed something with the files , please instuct me
