Update 4.1 - PSP, PSX, DC :(

  • Good day to all! I'm new, so I decided to ask (clarify).
Did I understand correctly that not all games have been tested for PSP, PSX, DK and we need to compare the list with "RECALBOX Compatibility Lists" ???

The question is - I understand that games on these game emulators work poorly, will it be fixed or updated?

I would like to play "God of War", but he is very slow

  • @mr-kilroy Wanna play god of war on which system ?

There are some compatibility lists, yes. I don't know the links

  • I have a Raspberry 3 ... I installed a new version of it. But the game is on it. Here's the question whether this will fix it or is a problem due to the low power of Raspberry 3 ?????

  • "which system" means which "entertainment system" : super nintendo, playstation etc...

  • PSP, "God of War" is not on other systems ;)

I so expect that with PS1 and DC the same situation, with braking games...

  • I THink here is a specific box to tick in the ppsspp graphic option to speed up GOW. Did not check myself, but it is worth taking a look.

    Could you be more specific?)

  • If I'm not mistaken :

    • launch any psp game.
    • press hotkey+a (or b ?) to get into the ppsspp emulator interface
    • go to graphic options
    • there is a parameter to tick (or untick) that speeds up GOW according to the description.

I did not try it myself, I dont have any GOW isos.

Let me know if it works out for you !

  • Unfortunately, this did not help. The game slows down

  • So no one knows what the problem is? Or games so far and will slow down, until they fix? (PSP)

  • The pi3 lack of power for most of the PSP games, principally the GOW ones

  • Ie in RI3 does not have enough power to run games ???

  • @mr-kilroy you can still tweak the emulator for better perfomances
