Je m'auto-réponds du coup parce que j'ai essayé la même méthode que pour Pop_OS! et ça a marché.

Je me suis rendu ici pour télécharger le fichier PreLoader.efi

Ensuite je me suis rendu dans le répertoire EFI\BOOT de ma clé USB où j'ai trouvé 3 fichiers:
bootia32.efi, bootx64.efi et grub.cfg

J'ai renomé le fichier bootx64.efi en loader.efi puis j'ai copié de fichier PreLoader.efi que j'ai renomé en bootx64.efi dans ce même répertoire.

Au redémarage (et la va dépendre de votre BIOS), j'ai eu une erreur car le "Hash" du fichier loader.efi n'est pas dans la "MOK Database".
J'ai donc "enroll" le "hash "du fichier loader.efi via les menus du MOK manager, ainsi que celui du fichier bootx64.efi (je ne sais pas si celui-ci était nécessaire mais bon).

Au redémarrage, ça charge bien Recalbox même avec le Secure Boot activé.

1/ go there and download PreLoader.efi
2/ in EFI\BOOT on your USB Stick/drive (where recalbox is installed) you'll find 3 files:
bootia32.efi, bootx64.efi and grub.cfg
3/ rename bootx64.efi in loader.efi and rename PreLoader.efi (after copying in the folder) to bootx64.efi
4/ reboot, you'll see a message telling that the Hash of loader.efi doesn't exist in MOK Database, then add it. (I also enroll bootx64.efi but not sure it was necessary).
Screen are closed to those ones
5/ reboot and now you can load recalbox with Secure Boot enabled
