Save the wifi on/off setting?

Is it possible to save the wifi on/off setting beyond a reboot? I don't like it, that the wifi dongle starts working when the pi is booting. Would be nice to boot whiteout wifi and the possibility to activate it again when I need it.

Hi, it should be saved. Normally corrected in 3.3.0.
