Hello

I have screwed up my Dosbox mapper-0.74.map file, any easy way I can get back to default settings before I overwrote all my changes?

I did think about downloading Recalbox onto another memory stick and transfering the file, but wondered if there was a quicker / easier method!

Hi,
there is no default setting, the file is created or modified every time you call the keymapper Ctrl - F1 in a Dos program.
Now, mostly you will need different keymapping for different games, as Dos games are alot keyboard dependent.
There is only one way, define a key-mapper xxxxxxxx.map (xxxxxxxx-name limited to 8 letters) for every single game in the local xxxxxxxx,pc directory.
For this to do, first step copy default dosbox.conf to local dosbox.cfg and name the keymapper file in relation with your game. It will be created locally and perhaps different from other.
