Problems with CRT screen

Hey there. Im trying to use my rasp in a CRT screen and having some problem/questions.
The system is laggy. With video lags and audio problems. Is just unplayable! When I tried one time with an older verson of recalbox (4.0 i think, with noobs), It worked perfectly.
Using
Rasp 3
Notepad++(to edit the config.txt)
4:3 NTFC(dont remember exactly How to write it) screen.
Using trough P2 to RCA cable (yes, I have the right cable)
Config.txt and recalbox.conf configured following the Github tutorial.
I apreciate any help and, If needed, I dont mind sending more information or vídeos

@paulo-presa-evangelista which recalbox version are you using ? How is your pi connected to TV ? Can you make a support archive ?
