Issue with PS3 controller, works un menu not in games

Hi Guys, what the title says. I bought a PS3 controller not sure if is official, but I do not know if it is. The case is that the program perfectly recognizes the recalbox but at the time of getting into games is little more than a paperweight, does not recognize it in any emulator.

@charlesmarried Can't check your support file atm, but have you tried remapping the pad inside ES ?

I configure the Controller with the wizard of the menú, It is What hoy say?

IT is supposed to be an original controller, isnt it?
