Gameslist.xml reverting changes

Hi All,

Fairly knew to the recalbox but it's pretty intuitive and easy to get around. Though after a scrape I noticed some issues so I manually edited the gameslist file in notepad++ and manually placed images into the downloaded images file (for this example it was the SNES folder).

There were no read/write issues when using notepad++ but when I restarted the console it had loaded the 'old' gameslist as if I hadn't edited it at all... but the picture changes were there...

What could this be?? I just want to correct titles/descriptions now that I have fixed the images... [running v4.0.2 stable]

emulationstation must be killed before working/editing gamelist.xml files.
so go on ssh -> /etc/init.d/S31emulationstation stop once modification done, /etc/init.d/S31emulationstation start
