(another topic) Dragonrise Zero Delay controllers not working

Hi all, i need some help as my 2 Zero Delay (seems Dragonrise Inc) USB controllers, are not working when plugged both in my RPi 3.
More precisely, when trying to configure them, i follow the on screen instructions. When i start to configure P1 joystick (Seimitsu LS-32), UP and LEFT is ok, but then, next command is to configure P2 UP and LEFT. See photos in below link:

@journeyman you just need to configure your player one like in this video (see from 4 mn 54) you don't need to configure player 2

One more (minor) question, why Recalbox show 3/4 of the monitor in start screen?
When loading the frontend, everything showing fullscreen.

well, your advise was correct and finaly my controllers are working fine.

Sadly my Recalbox still runs halfscreen...

@journeyman what kind of screen? hdmi dvi vga?

@tikiandskull it is a DVI monitor that connects to my RPi3' HDMI through adapter.
