Using 4 Xbox 360 wireless controllers

Hi. I've recently been trying out my Recalbox with a wireless xbox 360 controller and it works great. However I'm going to test it out with 2-3 extra wireless xbox 360 controllers to play some 4 player games )TMNT, simpsons arcade) and I was wondering if there's anything extra I need to set up to make it work with these extra controllers? or if 1 works then 4 will work?
