Out or range on boot up ?

Hi everyone , just trying to setup Recalbox for the first ever time , when I boot up my monitor goes out of range ? is there a setting somewhere I need to change ?

My screen does not have a HDMI input so I am using a DVI to HDMI lead , I have ran Retropie with my Pi3 and this screen

any advice would be great
