Blueooth on rpi3 will be integrate in recalbox 4.1.0. It not the question. Please read compatibility list : https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/wiki/Compatibility-(EN) but it's recommanded to buy an original ps3 gamepad or xbox 360 gamepad.

I have a whole drawer of BT dongles that I have acquired over the years. This is the kind that I found to work with my PS3 controller and other BT controllers: http://www.pccomponentes.com/micro_adaptador_bluetooth_usb.html ^That link is just an example. I had 2 that looked identical, 1 worked and 1 did not. Maybe someone can comment and link which ones specifically work. I have a few Pi's laying around and only 1 working adapter that I move between them.

Hi, I have found that any generic USB Bluetooth dongle containing the CSR BT4 chip works great with recalbox. I believe that the CSR BT2 dongles will also work but I have not tested this.
