Arcade gamepad

Hello everyone!! I'm having issues to connect the raspi with my arcade (joystick and buttons) by usb port. I have 2 different usb interfaces, the system recognize two gamepad but I can't configurated the second gamepad with the raspi3. I have a pi3, beta 4.0.0-build 53 2016/04/19 installed.   can you help me?
