copy neogeo.zip from your romset to your rom folder alongside the game roms

I am lucky enough to own a nee geo cabinet so did not really try the emulator, I just used some of the games in the mame set. Anyway I have also tested it for you and works perfectly. I copied the neogeo.zip and a few versions of shock troopers.
