Copying ROMs on the SD card in WIFI

Could someone tell me how to copy the roms of recalbox via wifi? Thanks a lot to everyone!

From your computer you can either go to your network connections and type : \recalbox and bulk copy all of the roms you want to or from the corresponding folder or you can use a Web browser and go to http://your recalbox IP address and use the user interface to manage your recalbox.
