Retro-Bit Megadrive/Saturn Compability

Hi,
I know there are some old Threads about these 2 nice Controllers. I had both of them for testing purposes. There are 3 Wireless Modes (Switch/Android/Mac) they're supporting. With Android i could connect but couldn't assign no keys to them respectively the controller wont be recognized at all. On Switch Mode i could also connect and assign key but the controllers won't reconnect. I had to pair them every time i booted Recalbox. I couldn't test Mac Mode, but I assume that Mode won't also lead to success. So my Question is: Are there some Driver Problems with the Retro-Bit Controllers or did I miss something when I was connecting them? -
@retroplayer88 I don't see these controls listed as compatible, so I assume there's a driver issue:

Any Chance getting these Controllers to work properly? Could the Devs make these Controllers compatible if they would have them for testing?

@retroplayer88 Sorry, I'm not a developer so I can't say for sure.
But theoretically the problem is that if the developers don't have the hardware they can't test it, if they had access to that hardware they might be able to make it work. But this is just a theory, there is also the possibility of having the hardware available and discovering that there is already some incompatibility with another driver crucial for the functioning of the system that would require the driver to be redone by the manufacturer, which would no longer depend only on the developers.You can try to contact the developers via discord, it is a communication channel that they have a greater view than here on the forum:

@retroplayer88 I use Retro-Bit Megadrive BT wireless without any problem. I use android mode.

@kocinsky
PC Version? Bluetooth integrated or Dongle? -
@retroplayer88 Ah sorry, PI4 version and BT integrated.

I made some further testing with these Controllers. So Bluetooth Version with "Mac Mode" connects but isn't recognized as a Controller, no assigning of Buttons possible.
I tested it also on a different Hardware, to exclude Hardware incompatibilities. But on the other machine there's the same behavior as on my NUC. So it's only a Software Issue (Driver Issue).
I had the opportunity to test also the 2.4G Controller Version (with USB Dongle). This one is recognized immediately, and I could also assign all buttons except the Home Button.
Also tried the Bluetooth wired. It's recognized as XBOX360 Controller and I could assign all buttons without Problems.
So the main Problem with the Bluetooth Controllers is they're not reconnecting after restart. But KoCinsKy said on his PI4 he has no Problems. So it looks like I have to report this to GitLab there are some Differences between PI and PC Version regarding Drivers.

Strange, it should be something simple, unless you're on some wrong channel (see channels on the left, in #us support-english you can write).
Do I have to send private DMs?
No, and depending on the users settings, you may not be able to do this.
