Reclabox slowest

hello, I'm using recalbox first. I downloaded the version 4.0 beta, but all roms I put (whether MAME, N64, arcade) are very, very slow and with problems in the sound. I put the overclocking option at most, and still can not performnace even in games like donkey kong. I ask, is the problem version even. What can I do to improve? No SD is HP. After install recalbox 3.3.0 beta17 the performance is OK.
