No sound also many other issues

After updating to 6.2 reloaded the sound working does anyone know why? Also After the update It is not letting me play SNES games.

So sorry, I meant to say 7.2-2 reloaded my mistake.

@casualporkslider Have you tried factory reset (in advanced settings)?
You will lose all custom settings, but keep all your personal data.
