any way to add roms from non local network?

my sister have a raspberry pi 3b+ but she dont know any thing in it , I try to enter recalbox shared fils to add roms for her . but Im in another place so can I enter to her files with any program by giving me the IP address of her recalbox?

You can try OpenVPN from you home to your sister IP's adresss then SMB or CIFS link -
@olivierdroid92 how can I do that .. I must open VPN on my pc ? isnt need to be in a local network or isnt need to be also in here raspberry?
