Multiple Tracks, no cue

Hello, i have some games with multiple bin-tracks, but no cue file. How can i play them? And if i can play them, how can i hide the other tracks?

Can i simple create a cue file with ImgBurn? Then, i have two possibilies: - hide the bin-files - create a new bin file from the cue and delete the tracks and the cue?

Maybe the best solution is to find an other rom with a .bin and .cue
