Problem in Snes Super Metroid

So far i been playing Gba, and ps1 with no problems. Today i tried Super Metroid. The game is kinda laggy, when i jump the game its very slow. Is this a common issue? Im using Raspberry pi3, and last version de recall box.

Try to use the us/jp ntsc rom which is 60hz and runs +17% faster than the european pal 50hz one.

Im using US/JP and still very laggy. I don't know if its a "metroid" problem or a core problem

Yeah but only appear libreretro SNEs9X i think, i don't know how to change other... I doesn't give me more options
