Recalbox 18.06.27 pc-laptop problemas con señal HDMI

Que tal amigos, tengo problemas con el puerto hdmi porque no me da señal, e visto en barios esta misma pregunta pero no logro hacer que funcione, me podrían ayudar?
Les dejo mi recalbox.conf.... gracias!(pongo de tal manera mi archivo porque no me deja subir el archivo, dice que no tengo suficientes privilegios para hacer esa acción)
