Can't file transfer between divices

I'm very sorry if this posts twice
Hey everyone, I am having trouble connecting to my computer over WiFi to add ROMs, I've tried entering the IP and I've followed all of the online instructions but they didn't work. I'm on a raspberry pi 3 model b running what the main menu says is "RB EMULATIONSTATION V 18.07.13" and what ever version of recalbox you could download on the main website (as of August 13th) Thanks,

Did you try to connect your Recalbox with Rj45 ?

You may have to enable upnp in your router for your raspberry pi ip address, or even reboot your router

I tried both of those things but they work, but thanks for the suggestions
