Feir FR-217 HOW TO PAIR

Hello friends, I bought a pair of Feir FR-217 joysticks and I can not pair them in the recallbox, I have a Raspberry Pi 3 B, when I plug the USB adapter the joystick works, however when I load any game I have to remove and replug the adapter to play. I would like to know how to pair the joystick so that I can play smoothly. Can someone help me?
