Sorry, I have two DualShock 3 and a generic snes. I tried to follow some tutorials, and even then it did not work

hello guys, i'm new user of recalbox, i installed the system yesterday. The instalation was very simple, but when i started the game, my controllers dosen't works at no one emulators. I Installed the last version, recalboxOS 4.0.0-beta2. i know that i'm a noob with this system. Somebody can you me?   Thanks
