To be more precise, I used the solution from https://wiki.recalbox.com/en/recalbox-8-0-faq#black-screen-issue but that did not solve the problem. It should also be mentioned that I am using an HDMI to DVI adapter. Maybe it matters.

I have the same situation on Pi 3 B ver 1.2 after clean installation from image on SD card. No picture after entry video and screen with ghosts.
