What file would I edit to change the timings for Kodi/Emulationstation? In 8.0.2, When the resolution is set to 480i the image shimmers and is wavy, but 240p is stable. In 8.0.0 480i was stable and 240p had the shimmering issue. I mostly care about kodi because 240p for the front end is fine. Also I use a rpi3 and gert666.
