I bought my raspberry PI 3 and I can not seem to install it.

I formatted the memory card (16gb) in FAT32, using the SD formatter, however, when I turn the raspberry on the TV to start the configuration, then the error occurs at 0% and 4MB installed, the console simply shuts off.

Can somebody help me?

Comprei minha raspberry PI 3 e não estou conseguindo instalar.
