what do you mean by "i opened it". What did you open ?

I bought an arcade that I've had for about 2 or 3 years, but as I said, my son put another jostick in the usb port and it generated a conflict that stopped restarting, when I need to change the game I have to turn it off and on again. and now I wanted to update the equipment, but the IT technician went to put a mouse in the door and ended up disconfiguring the game emulators. I don't know what to do because if I could restore it when I bought it, I believe it would solve the problems, the games are there, but I don't know where to move, and solve it. If you have any option that I can see where you configure the emulator games already solve something

@Zing Comprei ano passado o Recalbox Dragon Blaze 6.0/Galisteo. Os jogos estão entrando normalmente, mas quando quero reiniciar o mesmo não funciona, as vezes entra no jogo novamente. Vi que ele tem 27 gigas, e tem atualização a fazer.

Boa noite, meu filho colocou um controle de xbox360 no console do recalbox e o mesmo não reinicia mais, como faço para consertar isso? Qualquer jogo que quero jogar, tenho que desligar o console
