I've tried many known-good SD cards, used both Etcher & Win32DiskImager and every other good idea I've had but this brand new RPie 3 A+ won't even start to boot. Runs Retropie just fine. Ideas?

It's hard when it looks like the Dell monitor is getting a [ black ] signal but doesn't display anything. Also the red LED doesn't flash at all.

Tried everything I can think of:

• Different SD cards that boot RetroPI just fine

• Etcher or Win32Disk Imager

The brand-new RPIE 3 A+ just sits there, no red LED flashing like it was trying to read the SD card.

Any ideas? The whole release can't be broken... Thanks
