Raspberry Pi3 A+ with only 250mb of ram

I have installed recalbox on my raspberry pi3 a+ bought few days ago.
The recalbox panel show me these ram details: Memory Free: 113 MB - Total: 242 MB.
I know the ram is shared with the GPU but how much? Is my ram lower than the standard of the pi3 a+ (512mb)?
