Unless recalbox or emulation station is doing this on it's own, no. I did not set up anything like that.

I've got my pi3 wired up to use the latching on/off and momentary reset buttons, and I've made the proper changes in the config file. What I'm seeing is that I have to wait ~1 loop of menu music in emulation station before either button function. If I press the buttons before the music loop nothing happens. If I wait they will function after the first loop, with both buttons function normally, but then once the system reboots I again have to wait. Is this an issue others have had or is this behavior normal?
