@zing I followed this nespi 4 case installation tutorial when I installed the case just after a fresh install of recalbox 8 stable version. About the other topic, I think it is not related to my case.
Just for clarify, my CSL USB Nano Bluetooth V4.0 dongle is working always with the dualshock 4 paired in my first atttempt of using the bluetooth dongle, I can reboot, shut down and always will work even if I try to forget it through the Forget Controllers option or deleting manually through the config file with emulation estation stopped.
The problem is that trying to pair another one no controller is found, in fact the pairing process doesn't find any bluetooth device and it is sure that is not working well because previously when I tried to pair always have a 4 or 5 bluetooth devices in the list as well as the controller (my apple mouse, my phone, etc....).
So it is like the bluetooth don't do the job when I attempt to search for bluetooth devices.
@Zing what I can try this weekend is to do a new fresh install in a sd and try to begin from zero because I think something went wrong when the first auto configuration of my dongle was done the first time I connected it.
Thanks for your help! I will keep you updated!

RE: Bluetooth don’t found any device after first pairing
@charger I don’t have Neo Geo games but I played mame, snes or whatever and then turn off the controller and turn on again and it pairs. But only with the one I paired the first time I connected the csl bluetooth dongle. My problem is that bluetooth don’t find any bluetooth device just the first I paired. Seems like something was wrong with the bluettoth management after connect the CSL dongle. @Zing do you know if maybe there is something to do with the csl nano bluetooth 4.0 dongle? I need to disable the internal bluetooth or whatever?

RE: Bluetooth don’t found any device after first pairing
@charger said in Bluetooth don’t found any device after first pairing:
I have had the same problem for weeks, but it doesn't seem to affect its resolution: the problem is not linked to Bluetooth, it is related to recalbox which no longer allows any type of controller after something has been played and the controller has entered powersaving or is turn off. It doesn't matter what kind of controller you want to use next, virtual, bluetooth or wired. If you try, you will realize that even if you connect the gamepad via cable, the recalbox will still not be controllable.
I do not understand how we can not notice a bug of this type, which I have been reporting for a long time.Hmmm for me usb works, the problem is only with bluetooth, first time I use csl dongle all works fine, but I don't know if from the next reboot or after pairing the first controller bluetooth no longer find any bluetooth device (my house is plenty of bluetooth devices to find further than of course the controller trying to pair). It's like I have this controller paired like hard chained but bluetooth don't work.

RE: Bluetooth don’t found any device after first pairing
@zing thanks for your response, I did it editing the conf file directly on a text editor on my mac so emulation station was stopped. When I reboot recalbox after that, the controllers list was empty but unfortunately bluetooth pairing was telling no controllers found. The strange thing is that I pushed the playstation button on my previously paired dualshock 4 and it pairs again automaticly so like if recalbox remember it. It is strange like for any reason this controller was not forgotten. I tried also disabling ertm but nothing works. Maybe it is related to my csl nano bluetooth 4.0 dongle? I bought it because it is in the compatible devices list.

Just to give more info. When I did "Forget Bluetooth Controllers" it didn't work, so I always have the first paired controller detected and auto paired when reboot after apply the forget bluetooth controllers.

Bluetooth don’t found any device after first pairing
Hi guys!
I’m on raspberry pi 4, recalbox 8, ssd usb booting by nespi 4 case. I bought a csl nano bluetooth 4.0 because and connect it with a usb cable to avoid known bluetooth distance problems using usb 3.0. For the first time I had bluetooth csl dongle working all was fine, my ps4 dualshock works perfectly and the bluetooth distance issues an lagging disappear. The problem is that after that first pair, I can’t pair any other controller because now bluetooth is always saying “no controllers found”. The first paires ps4 controller still working very fine, but can’t pair any other by bluetooth. Any idea?
