@Substring appologies, I'm not rude really I had posted it and then could not find the edit button. So can I start again?

I have installed recalbox os on a pi3. It is using an xbox360 controller through a wireless dongle. So far all the basic emulators (snes, genesis etc) work great. My issue is with the Odyssey2 emulator - I have installed the bios file - the emulator loads and I can start a game with '1' on a USB keyboard. Then I get no controller input from keyboard or controller apart from hotkey/esc to exit emulation. The only game I have managed to get to work is terrahawks.

I can get the emulator to work under windows by modding the config file. But I am lost in recalbox

If anybody can help that would be much appreciated

Apologies, I was also having an issue in editing the post to make it more acceptable. Now I know what to do I'll edit it

I have no controls in videopac emulator. It works with keyboard to start game. Then nothing from Xbox controller or keyboard
