I am looking for, and recently found this: https://github.com/Aloshi/EmulationStation/issues/464 It is basically a new screensaver that will randomly pick and launch random games to display for 60 or so seconds (in theory), but it doesn't ever look to have gone anywhere. I think the idea is brilliant but a little out of my league. The idea is so while the ReCalBox is sitting idle, the screensaver will start a script that launching random games for XX time, displaying the title screen and the little, built-in, inactive demos most have, like a true arcade box would. So if you are walking by, and a game is running, you could be like, "Yea sure I'll give this a go for a few". Since the game is already launched when you wake up the system, you just have to press "Start" and play. An alternative solution would be similar but it doesn't actually have to launch games. There could be a setting to "record demo" option while in-game so you can make your own videos while you play and the video gets saved into a folder that the screensaver could cycle through. Thoughts? I am new to all this but haven't found a solution yet. The link above is the closest thing I have found.
