and I have not change the chd file so that might be the problem but I can't find an updated one if there is one

Ok so I'm running recalbox on a Pi 3 and I have the bios on it for third strike for FBA Libretro but it is unplayable without rewind off and even with it off there is audio slowdown and tearing. Note that on my pi 2 running the 3.3.0 beta 17 it worked just fine when I had it playing the game. So I went to test it on different firmware such as retropie and lakka it has no problem running it. I Just want it to work
