i've bought an Wii U Pro Controller Clone but i can't get it to connect.

First i've tried to connect it to the internal Bluetooth of the Raspberry Pi 3.
After that i disabled the internal Bluetooth in the config.txt with dtoverlay=pi3-disable-bt and tried to connect it with
a Bluetooth Dongle but again no Connection.
I've read somewhere that these Wii U Pro Clones only work with a Bluetooth Dongle and not with the internal.

On Amazon where i bought it, someone said in his rating that he got the controller to run with Recalbox 4.0.2 but only with
a Bluetooth Dongle. (I don't know if he also disabled internal bluetooth)
I'm running Recalbox 6.1, maybe something changed.

Does anyone in this Forum got any luck with these Wii U Pro Clone Controllers and got them to connect?
I really would like to keep them because the are well made for the price.

i've tried to setup Infrared remote control on newest Recalbox 6.1.
I followed this manual link text, at the second point i got stuck because when i type irrecord -H default it says: Warning: Running as Root.
Using driver default on device /dev/lirc0
Could not init hardware (lircd running ? --> close it, check permissions)

Because i got stuck here, i searched for a pre-configurated lirc config file and found one for my remote model number.
With this file the points 3 and 4 on the manual worked again. (except that irw shows every single key press 2 times)

The remote definitely works and shows the right keys in irw (except for that double show issue).

But in Kodi it is still not working.
Could anyone please help me with this problem?

Some games have multiple .bin files when downloaded, then it works with this website.

@Vern you can use this: PSX CUE Maker to make a .cue file out of your .bin files.

@rockaddicted Same problem again. As i described in my last post it doesn't finish recording when i'm pressing enter.
When i'm pressing enter it just getting downwards, as you can see in the photo above.

When i'm finished the recording of all buttons i want to record it says i should press enter to exit but it didn't work.

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you, i have a TSOP4838 too and over a year ago in Recalbox 3.3 it worked with this wiki manual.
Now in Recalbox 4.1 it doesn't work, I hope you find a fix for this problem.

@Substring I've tried it today with my new RPi 3 but it still says: The --raw option requires a --device.

What should I do now?
